Moore Oversees Legal Strategy Across Anchor’s Healthcare Real Estate Portfolio
Lindsey Moore is General Counsel at Anchor Health Properties. She oversees all legal aspects across the company’s core service lines, including the acquisition, development, leasing, financing and management of healthcare real estate nationwide. She oversees legal affairs for approximately nine million square feet of medical outpatient buildings under management. She serves as a key advisor to company leadership on strategic business and risk management matters.
Moore was involved in the closing of a three-story, 80,000-square-foot rehabilitation hospital in Phoenix, developed in partnership with Brooks Rehabilitation and Mayo Clinic. She also led legal efforts for the HonorHealth Complete Care – Lake Pleasant project in Peoria, AZ, a 12,055-square-foot hybrid emergency department and urgent care center. Her abilities supported the closing of the 120-bed, 125,000-square-foot Fircrest Residential Habilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility in Shoreline, WA.
