Hurrell Leads Colliers’ Capital Markets Platform in Florida
Robyn Hurrell is an industrial capital markets broker at Colliers. She specializes in buying and selling Florida industrial real estate, with a primary focus on Central Florida, Jacksonville, and Fort Myers. She advises institutional and private clients on investment strategy, underwriting, pricing, marketing execution and capital positioning across single-tenant and multi-tenant assets.
Hurrell also leads the team’s capital markets platform, working closely with clients to evaluate opportunities, position assets for the market, and execute transactions aligned with their investment objectives.
Collectively, Hurrell’s team has completed approximately $1.75 billion in industrial sale transactions across the Southeast. She was recruited to Colliers from JLL in 2018 to help expand and strengthen the firm’s industrial platform in Florida and to support the growth of its capital markets business.
Hurrell earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. She has received industry recognition from Tampa Bay Business Journal, NAIOP and the CoStar Group.
Within Colliers, she is consistently ranked among the Top 10 producers in her region and was inducted into the company’s Everest Club.
These are just a few reasons we chose Robyn Hurrell as one of Connect CRE’s Florida & Gulf Coast Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
