Pulido with CrossMarc Handles Mixed-Use Development and Investment Analysis Across Florida
Juan Pulido is an Investment and Advisory Analyst with CrossMarc Services, where he supports acquisitions, development and advisory initiatives across Florida. His job includes underwriting retail acquisition opportunities using Argus and advanced Excel modeling, while preparing detailed cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses that directly inform investment decisions. He also contributes to CrossMarc’s advisory practice, supporting both institutional and private clients on strategic real estate initiatives.
He is working with the development team, a design and engineering firm and a local government on the planning, entitlement and approval process of a 22-acre mixed-use center in Orlando.
Before joining CrossMarc in mid-2025, Pulido was a Transactions Analyst with Harrison Street, where he underwrote acquisitions across alternative asset classes, including student housing, senior housing, self-storage and build-to-rent communities. Pulido mentors Florida State University students pursuing careers in real estate and finance.
