JLL’s Brock Supports Supply Chain and Industrial Expansion Across Tampa Bay
Olivia Brock is the Vice President of the JLL Tampa Industrial Team, which covers the Tampa Metropolitan Statistical Area. She provides comprehensive agency and tenant representation leasing services, as well as landlord representation, for industrial assets on behalf of institutional clients. She also provides strategic advisory services to developers and institutional investors regarding acquisition and development opportunities.
Brock currently co-represents an industrial portfolio totaling 20 million square feet. She is also involved with JLL’s Supply Logistics & Solutions Team.
Her notable transactions include representing the buyer in its off-market $9-million acquisition of a 72,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. Brock also co-represented LG Electronics in its 280,000 square-foot new lease in Plant City, FL.
She is a member of CREW Tampa Bay and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. In the community, Brock volunteers with the Metropolitan Ministries.
NAIOP Tampa Bay has recognized Brock as a Developing Leader of the Year.
