Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Treble and Fermin Deoca Handle 98 Deals Totaling Over 11 Million Square Feet
Leasing Total
11,204,979 square feet
Cushman & Wakefield’s Vice Chair Matt Treble and Executive Managing Director Fermin Deoca partnered to close 98 transactions totaling 11.2 million square feet in 2025.
Major deals included representing Trammell Crow in a 755,928-square-foot lease (Kannapolis, NC), brokering a 723,533-square-foot deal between Link Logistics and Carolina Beverage Group (Mooresville, NC), and representing Elite Logistix in two separate York County, SC transactions totaling 317,025 square feet.
These large-scale transactions contributed to significant absorption across the North Charlotte and York County submarkets, reducing vacancy in newly delivered Class A inventory and reinforcing the region’s position as a premier Southeast logistics hub.
These are some of the reasons we selected Matt Treble and Fermin Deoca as Connect CRE’s Atlanta & Southeast Top Broker Award winners for 2026. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
