Spearheaded $20-million sale of 100,000-square-foot building

Brokered sale of 114,351-square-foot building for $27.6 million

Mason Cogle is a vice president with Lee & Associates. He’s a member of the company’s Northwest Logistics Advisors team, specializing in industrial real estate.

Notable transactions include the $20-million sale of a 100,000-square-foot building on behalf of Marathon Properties, the representation of Elion Partners in a $27.6 million-sale of its 114,351-square-foot building and working with Premier Business Park to sell its 66,740-square-foot building for $13 million.

Cogle is a member of the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Association, Commercial Brokers Association and NAIOP of Washington and the recipient of CoStar’s Power Broker Award.

At age 17, Cogle became one of the youngest people in state history to complete the Washington State Brokerage Training Courses, and his decision to pursue commercial real estate full-time fulfills one of his long-term personal goals. He received his undergraduate degree in business management and operations (with a minor in entrepreneurship) from Washington State University.

These are just a few reasons we selected Mason Cogle as one of Connect CRE’s Seattle & Northwest 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
