Notable transactions within the last year included an 18,670-square-foot lease at 830 Brickell Plaza, valued at $38.1 million (on behalf of CI Financial), and an office purchase at 7301 S.W. 57th Court, valued at $737,000 (on behalf of Campbell Capital Management).
