Generated sales of $750 million over 200 transactions while with the company

Jason Hague is the first vice president with Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office and the Director of the National Multi-Housing Group. He handles the sale of multifamily assets across Greater Tampa Bay, Central and Northern Florida, and the East Coast of Florida. During his tenure with the company, Hague has generated sales of $750 million over 200 transactions. A notable deal was the $45-million sale of Residences at Veranda Park, a mixed-use property in Orlando.

With his partner Ned Roberts, Hague founded the RHP Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap following the sudden departure of team leaders and mentors in 2019. Hague is dedicated to becoming a top multifamily broker in the market while mentoring his team members. He fosters a culture of continuous learning and development.

The RPH Multifamily Team is involved with community activities, including local food drives, Habitat for Humanity and Metropolitan Ministries. Hague has been honored with Marcus & Millichap’s National Achievement award and has been the top producer in the Tampa office.

These are just a few reasons we selected Jason Hague as one of Connect CRE’s Florida & Gulf Coast 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
