Helped generate over $200 million in sales volume over the past five years

Ryan Quinn is Grove Property Group’s co-founder and managing partner. He sells multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout the greater Boston area in this role. He also co-heads the company’s investment sales team with partner John Federico.

His activities also include managing a 300-plus-unit leasing portfolio, recruiting new brokers to join the company and overseeing the company’s daily operations. During the past five years, Quinn has been involved in over $200 million of sales volume.

Quin regularly mentors younger agents in the company, using his early career experiences to help these team members successfully navigate their first few years in the business. His work ethic and adaptability to changes in the market have helped him grow his business each year.
