Connall Chamberlain was recently promoted to Senior Research Analyst at Newmark. His primary responsibility is involvement with all corporate research initiatives at the company. Additionally, he presents market trends and statistics and attends client meetings. Chamberlain has taken on leading roles in custom research projects, including the inaugural Boston Occupier Survey, the Advanced Manufacturing White Paper, and the Class A Warehouse dashboard.
Chamberlain led the production of two Towerscape reports: the monthly sublease report and the quarterly office report, as well as custom research and analyses. He supports new business development by providing research and stats for large pitches and RFPs and offering memorandums.
Chamberlain is growing as a leader within Newmark’s national research group, remaining an essential source for peers in other markets.
Chamberlain actively participates in Newmark’s research mentor program (as a protégé). He attends and participates in multiple philanthropic organizations, including the Corey Griffin Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester, where he also volunteers.
These are just a few reasons we selected Connall Chamberlain as one of Connect CRE’s Boston & New England 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
