Transaction volume totaled $1.17 billion

The Newmark Industrial team, led by Vice Chairmen Dustin Volz and Stephen Bailey, closed 26 transactions last year totaling over 9 million square feet and generating a transaction volume of $1.17 billion in Texas.  Despite the volatile capital markets, they achieved record 2023 pricing for their clients on core and shallow bay industrial product types.

Notable transactions include the I-30 Distribution Center, a two-building property with Interstate 30 frontage, sold on behalf of Brookfield to Link Logistics.
