Jonathon McClellan and Kyle Baskin are executive managing directors at Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, and Senior Directors of the National Manufactured Housing Communities Group. They specialize in the sales and marketing of manufactured housing communities nationwide.
Since 2005, McClellan and Baskin have closed on 725 assets totaling $7.86 billion. In 2023, McClellan & Baskin sold 99 communities, including more than 16,000 sites, at a total deal consideration of $1.2 billion.
Furthermore, thanks to McClellan and Baskin’s longstanding client relationships, they were instrumental in helping prune a few portfolios for a total of $450 million, approximately 35% of their 2023 sales volume.
