She recently closed on a $250-million loan facility for a portfolio of nationwide industrial assets. Other notable transactions include financing, developing and leasing a retail shopping complex in Las Vegas and acquiring and selling a logistics complex consisting of approximately 131 land parcels in Korea.
Le is chair of Adler & Stachenfeld’s special events committee and is actively involved in the firm’s diversity initiative. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers and honored in Real Estate Weekly’s Leading Ladies in Real Estate.
Le earned her law degree from the Fordham University School of Law.
These are some of the reasons why we are honoring Kim Le with Connect CRE’s 2023 New York & Tri-State in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
