Under her direction, new programs have been introduced to grow the investment teams’ skillsets beyond Argus and Excel into coding, database management and data visualization. Ingersoll sits on the firm’s Global Sustainability Council and is an ardent champion for upskilling the team on incorporating sustainability education and objectives across every function in the company’s direct real estate business.
She helped relaunch the CBRE IM Women’s Network in the Americas and serves as leader of the culture pillar on the firm’s DE&I council. The pillar regularly organizes inclusive events celebrating diversity for the Americas team members.

These are a few reasons we chose Julie Ingersoll as one of the National Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners.
