Recent acquired SpaceOS to improve the company's European footprint

Gabrielle McMillan is the founding CEO of Equiem, a global proptech company with products including a world-leading tenant experience app. Blackstone, Lendlease, Dexus and Brookfield are among the companies that use Equiem’s platform.

McMillan recently acquired European tenant experience leader SpaceOS to broaden its European footprint. Through the process, she merged both companies and leadership teams without needing to make cuts. Instead, she pinpointed the strengths of each company to generate a proptech powerhouse.

While other proptech companies selling into office buildings play defense, McMillan operates offensively.
