Gaffney joined JLL in late 2022, moving from the healthcare industry into the service industry and jumping into her new role by listening, learning and absorbing. Gaffney is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), which means she is board-certified and a recognized leader among executives in healthcare management. She’s been honored as Utah Business’ Woman of the Year and received the Utah Senior-Level Healthcare Executive of the Year Award by the ACHE Utah Chapter. She was also selected as one of the Top 100 Women in Medicine – Women We Admire.
She previously served on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Intermountain Area Board Member. Flynn is a Harvard Business Review’s Advisory Council advisor and a regular speaker at healthcare conferences.
Gaffney was almost killed in a car accident as a teenager and believes she survived for a reason: To positively impact others and change the world, one person at a time.
These are a few reasons we chose Alison Flynn Gaffney as one of the National Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
