Works extensively with pad users on the tenant and landlord side

Scott Smith is a Vice President with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. In 2023, he was named one of Weitzman’s statewide Top 10 Producers based on his outstanding production leadership in 2022.

He has worked extensively with pad users from both the tenant and landlord side. In addition, he works side-by-side with developers such as Verdad Real Estate, Vaquero Ventures, Wood Residential, Kalterra Capital and SCC Development.

Smith works on site selection and market expansions for well-known restaurants, institutions and retailers. He also has been involved in dozens of investment transactions ranging from land to freestanding to multi-tenant retail.

He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute and Texas A&M University’s Aggie Real Estate Network. He dual majored with two Bachelor of Science degrees from Texas A&M University.
