Marissa Parkin closed more than 1.7 million square feet in office leases in 2022, leading her to be named a 2022 CoStar Power Broker.
She is an expert in the market and constantly seeks to learn more. Her warm personality makes her a favorite for both owners and brokers to work with. In just a few short years, Parkin has successfully negotiated some of the largest leases in Dallas, accelerating her career to her current position of Vice President.
