Berkadia Arranges Sale of Apartments in Suburban Virginia

Berkadia has arranged the sale of Boulders Lakeview, a newly constructed, 212-unit, multifamily apartment community located in North Chesterfield, Virginia, within the Greater Richmond metro area.

Senior Managing Director Drew White, Managing Director Carter Wood, Director Cole Carns and Senior Director Matt Straughan of Berkadia Richmond arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Dominion Realty Partners. American Landmark of Florida acquired the property.

“Supported by steady renter demand, modern unit design, a competitive amenity package, and proximity to major employment centers, the property is positioned for long-term performance,” said Wood. “The transaction reflects continued buyer appetite for high-quality multifamily assets in the Greater Richmond area.”

Located at 1501 Boulder Spring Terrace, Boulders Lakeview is a 2023-built, garden-style property offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments averaging 935 square feet. The property offers convenient access to downtown Richmond, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Chippenham Hospital, as well as nearby retail, dining, and entertainment options.
