Commercial real estate leasing and sales brokers scored significant deal successes during 2025, a year of macroeconomic challenges and market recovery. We’re preparing to spotlight the year’s leading dealmakers in Connect CRE’s annual Top Broker Awards, and we welcome your participation in nominating these star performers.
Based on your nominations, we will recognize 110 leading brokers or teams of brokers, including both brokers who specialize in property sales and brokers who specialize in leasing.
These will include:

- Ten winners from Phoenix and Southwest
- Ten winners from Texas
- Ten winners from Chicago and Midwest
- Ten winners from Boston and New England

- Ten winners from Florida
- Ten National winners
We will consider deals completed in 2025, based on total square footage for leasing transactions or the total dollar volume of investment sales transactions.
