Karen Pierre Builds Keller Augusta’s Business Development Platform
Karen Pierre became Keller Augusta’s first business development hire in the firm’s 25-year history when she joined the company in 2026. She is responsible for national client acquisition and revenue growth, with a focus on Texas commercial real estate.
Her efforts include assisting the firm with targeted prospecting, pre-event outreach, client relationship coordination and tracking opportunities through the firm’s customer relationship management system.
Her career spans commercial real estate data, media, advisory and services. She was the regional director of sales at Axiometrics, a RealPage company, and had sales positions at CoStar Group and Bisnow. She also led business development at LandDesign and was the director of client services at Ryan LLC.
Pierre has been active in CREW Dallas and served as the 2026 chair of the board of trustees for CREW in the Community. She also serves on the CREW Dallas Board of Directors. Her industry honors include CoStar Presidents Club and CoStar Top Producer awards.
These are just a few reasons Karen Pierre is among the Texas Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
