Mark Ruble, Executive Managing Director Investments at Marcus & Millichap and co-founder of the Net Lease Advisory Group (NLAG), has closed over 2,368 transactions totaling over $7.23 billion in volume.
In 2025, Ruble led his team in handling 176 transactions totaling more than $546.6 million. Notable sales include an $8.78-million sale of a Dick’s Sporting Goods in Farmington, NM. The team also oversaw the $12-million sale of a Honda dealership in Bronx, NY, and the $8.6-million transaction of a 21,702-square-foot Tractor Supply property in Williams, CA.
