Cushman & Wakefield’s Minneapolis/St. Paul Advisory Services Team consists of Jaclyn May, Tom DeSautel, John McKenna and Lexis Lowell. The group works with office deals throughout the region, completing 67 transactions totaling 1.57 million square feet in 2025.
One significant transaction involved a 44,000-square-foot lease relocation for Northwestern Mutual at Solo 3311 in Bloomington, MN. The team also worked with VAA on a 45,000-square-foot relocation lease.
Additionally, the advisory services group brokered two major deals for Land O’Lakes, including a build-to-suit industrial warehouse lease of a 390,000-square-foot warehouse in Platte City, Mo., and a sale/leaseback of a 66,000-square-foot industrial warehouse in Nashville.
