Malcolm Davies

Malcolm Davies is the founder and CEO of WAY Capital, a Los Angeles-based strategic capital advisory firm with offices in Phoenix and Austin. Launched in 2022, the firm has arranged more than $2 billion in financing to date, with another $1 billion worth of highly sophisticated financing solutions under application for its clients. Davies also anticipates another $1 billion in new opportunities coming to market soon under WAY’s guidance.  

An award-winning capital advisor who has closed nearly $20 billion of financings in his career, Davies is a former real estate developer who knows firsthand what it’s like to navigate choppy and dynamically changing markets. Having lived through the global financial crisis, going through bankruptcy himself, he knows the challenges faced by clients when it comes to procuring accretive debt and equity. WAY Capital thrives in all markets but is particularly strong in markets like the current one, where it takes decades of experience to provide the level of expertise necessary in an ever-changing market. WAY Capital has launched deals for real estate owners and investors in 15 states since its inception.
