Stulak closed several notable transactions in 2023 including a $49-million agency loan for luxury apartments in Denver, a $38-million agency loan in Ocoee, FL and a $30-million loan for luxury apartments in Clevelando. His national reach, coupled with a strong focus on improving his local community in Cleveland, showcases his dedication to enhancing neighborhood development.
