Ramsey Daya is a vice chairman and head of the Debt and Structured Finance team in Northern California and Pacific Northwest, in partnership with executive managing director Chris Moritz. The team is responsible for originating and executing debt transactions throughout the Western U.S. and focus on structuring, sourcing, marketing and placement of mortgage financings, mezzanine loans and structured financings for both single assets and property portfolios.
In 2023, the team sourced approximately $1,700,000,000 in financings across 17 transactions representing 6,300 multifamily units and 2.03 million square feet of industrial.
