Lauren Bresky serves as Managing Director – Debt & Equity in Northmarq’s Dallas office, where her responsibilities include leading the office’s growth, facilitating primarily multifamily debt and equity placements, and managing lender and borrower relationships for the office.

Joel Heikenfeld serves as Senior Vice President, Managing Director in the Dallas office and is responsible for fulfilling commercial and multifamily clients’ needs covering the whole capital stack. He focuses mainly on the equity and preferred equity capitalization needs through Northmarq’s institutional, life company, family office, and private equity channels but also utilizes Northmarq’s financing relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, banks and debt funds for clients’ lending needs.

Kevin Leamy serves as Senior Vice President in Northmarq’s Dallas office and is a Capital Markets professional specializing in debt and equity capitalization for multifamily assets. Leamy is a member of the top capital markets team in the state of Texas and has the ability to solve the entire capital stack for his clients, earning him Northmarq’s exclusive Rising Star Award for 2022.

In 2022, Bresky, Heikenfeld and Leamy finished as the #1 team among Northmarq nationwide. Combined their production volume totaled $3 billion.
