Spearheaded 11 financial transaction closings in 2022

Generated a $2.1-billion deal volume

A notable deal in 2022 for Colliers’ Robert Kline involved $330 million in data center financing. The challenge involved the perception for future development. Another notable transaction focused on financing for a major university in Arizona to support campus expansion. This consisted of a $1.2 billion finance bond and several lines of credit totaling more than $350 million.

Kline and his team also secured financing for multiple luxury hospitality products in the Bahamas, Hawaii and Mexico.
