Adrienne Andrews

Formerly a Senior Vice President of CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance in the Hotels Institutional Group, Adrienne Andrews recently joined JLL as Managing Director, JLL Hotels & Hospitality, based in Phoenix. She specializes in the placement of debt and equity for individual portfolios of hospitality properties throughout the United States. She works with regional owners, publicly traded entities, and private equity clients.

In 2022, Andrews successfully arranged financing deals throughout the U.S. on both branded and independent hotels. Notable deals included financing for two well-located boutique hotels: The Inn at 500 downtown Boise and the Kimpton Armory Hotel in Bozeman. Both returned equity to the sponsors on non-recourse long-term loans via CMBS and bank financing.
