Closed on 49 financial transactions for industrial product

John Alascio leads Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey and Suburban New York Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team, which includes Alex Hernandez, Chuck Kohaut and TJ Sullivan. During the past year, the team helped capitalize more than 24 million square feet of industrial space and 1,750 multifamily units .

Notable transactions included arranging $367.8 million in financing for the 23-building, 3-million-square-foot East Coast Logistics Portfolio; placing equity and debt for a $115-million, one-million-square-foot cross-deck warehouse-distribution facility in Chambersburg, PA; securing $89.1 million in financing for a 25-building, 1.24-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Southern NJ and Eastern PA; and arranging $58 million in development financing for the 268-unit Vermella Belleville in Belleville, NJ.
