In her role as Senior Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, Amy Julian leads a debt & structured finance team based in Miami. Her team advises clients on financing solutions for office, industrial, retail and multifamily projects throughout the country. She brings 17 years of commercial real estate experience to the company.

Since joining CBRE, Julian participated in sale and financing transactions totaling over $25 billion, including some of the largest and most complex office transactions within the state of Florida.

The top transactions that her team secured over the past year included $175 million in financing for the 42-story, Class A Bank of America Plaza in Tampa. Also notable was $121 million in financing for the 267,000-square-foot, two-building, mixed-use Las Olas Square  in Fort Lauderdale and a $213.3-million loan for the 38-story, Class A office tower One Biscayne Tower in Miami.
