Faron Thompson serves as Regional Managing Director in the Southeast and as the head of Debt and Equity in Northmarq’s Atlanta office. He leads the office’s growth, manages lender and borrower relationships, and facilitates multifamily debt and equity placement.
David Vinson serves as Managing Director of Debt & Equity for Northmarq’s Carolinas offices along with Grant Harris, Vice President of Debt & Equity. Together they focus on capital placement for multifamily and commercial assets.
Among the team’s notable 2022 transactions was the acquisition financing of the 300-unit Ascent Uptown in Charlotte, NC on behalf of Sterling Equities. The deal closed in late December 2022, achieving an accelerated year-end closing timeline at competitive terms amidst choppiness in the broader market.
