In 2022, Chris Caison and Josh Davis led a seasoned team at Newmark to navigate a volatile and dislocated environment driven by geopolitical tensions and inflation. Rising interest rates and a complex investment landscape characterized the resulting impact.   

Despite this, Caison and Davis led their team to a successfully manage a production volume of $900 million across 26 lenders. They engaged in a broad spectrum of financing options. These included agency, life company, bank and debt fund business. The team provided solutions for all parts of the capital stack at all stages of investment life cycles.  Each assignment presented unique complexities, requiring a thorough understanding of the dislocated environment and deep capital markets relationships to identify suitable capital solutions for clients.
