Lauren Bresky was promoted to Managing Director – Debt & Equity in Northmarq’s Dallas office in February 2022. She leads the office’s growth, manages lender and borrower relationships and facilitates multifamily debt and equity placements. Joel Heikenfeld, as Senior Vice President, Senior Director fulfills commercial and multifamily clients’ needs covering the whole capital stack. Meanwhile, Vice President Kevin Leamy specializes in debt and equity capitalization for multifamily assets.  

In 2021, the team finished within the top 10 of Northmarq offices nationwide, with a combined production value of more than $4 billion.   

Highlights included debt and equity financing for a newly stabilized apartment community in Florida, and debt and equity financing for a 363-unit, Class A apartment complex in an East Austin (Texas) Opportunity Zone near downtown Austin.
