Garrett Fierstein joined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in 2017. As an up-and-coming loan originator, Fierstein began his journey as an Agent Candidate. Quickly climbing his way through the ranks, Fierstein received five promotions in his five years at MMCC and was recently promoted to Vice President Capital Markets.
As an MMCC loan originator, Fierstein is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types, including net lease, multifamily, retail, industrial and office. In 2021, Fierstein secured over $115 million in loans through 70+ transactions for his clients.
Notable deals Fierstein spearheaded in 2021 included securing financing for the Joe Hudson Collision Portfolio, which sold for close to $16 million. Fierstein procured financing for three of the five properties in the portfolio and brought the buyers to Marcus & Millichap broker Scott Gould.
He also structured a $5.4-million loan for the San Tan Pavilions in Gilbert, AZ, obtaining competitive financing from a Florida bank that typically didn’t lend from outside of the state.
