With 22 years of commercial real estate experience, Eric Fixler, Executive Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, leads the South Florida Debt & Structure Finance Team.

The team provides investment and advisory services to meet the financing needs of the full spectrum of commercial real estate investors, from private investors and family offices to large institutional entities. Over the past two years, the team has closed over 117 transactions totaling $1.34 billion in loan originations.

One notable transaction consisted of $83 million in refinancing for a three-property, 688-unit multifamily portfolio in Tampa, Florida. The team was able to secure attractive proceeds with full-term, interest only and moderate leverage for a cash out refinance for the client and equity partners.
