Tom Sullivan is an Executive Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston office.
At a time when office financing remained a significant challenge during the pandemic, Sullivan arranged two notable transactions. One involved the $94.5-million refinancing of the 1.2 million-square-foot Brickstone Square office complex in Andover. MA. He also spearheaded $92 million in financing for 500 John Hancock Rd., one of the premier bulk distributions facilities in Taunton, MA.
Most of Sullivan’s 2021 transactions had a significant repositioning or construction component. This meant each loan was facilitated to improve an asset or site, resulting in higher quality facilities for local communities in Boston and the greater New England area.
