Robert Damigella is a senior director-capital markets with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in Boston. During 2021, he originated loans across every spectrum of the middle-market space throughout the Boston area, totaling more than $101 million in aggregate dollar volume. Financing deals were directed to multifamily, retail, industrial, office and ground-up construction.

Damigella was also instrumental in facilitating acquisition financing with local lenders for investors entering the New England market, while identifying out-of-state capital to finance the 1031 exchanges for many of Marcus & Millichap’s clients.
