The Suburban NY Institutional Properties Team, led by vice chairman Jeff Dunne, completed 43 transactions for an aggregate value in excess of $2 billion in 2021 including multifamily, office, industrial and retail across NJ and CT in addition to Westchester and Long Island. The team’s ability to source new buyers and capital to the market is unique and speaks to the reach of the team and the CBRE platform.
The team also closed some of the largest deals in the market including 1000 Harbour Boulevard in Weehawken, NJ for $218 million (office), Parc Grove in Stamford, CT for $154 million (multifamily) and Chappaqua Crossing in Chappaqua, NY for $79.5 million (retail). However, in the most impactful deal, CBRE arranged the acquisition of an aging brownfield site in South Amboy, NJ for the construction of the Outerbridge Renewable Connector, an innovative project that will deliver clean cost-effective offshore wind energy to NJ and the region.
