Lindsey Jandal Postula brings a quiet, confident reserve to the fast paced, high pressure legal business and contract practice she and her team represents. Through the past several years at Gray Reed, when working on hundreds of real estate contracts, Postula offers sound counsel on which business owners rely.
When a contract clause becomes contested, Postula will state her case with sound and professional rationale in a manner that instills confidence. In a dispute, she has proven to be accurate and resilient in her positions. This determination and sound legal reasoning has helped the organization improve its real estate lease positions and profitability from her expertise. She is board certified in commercial real estate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has served four terms on the real estate legislative affairs committee for the real estate, probate and trust law section of the State Bar of Texas – a committee charged with monitoring and summarizing legislation to keep section members current on potential developments in real estate law. Postula has authored lease legal articles in the commercial real estate trade publications and lectured in CLE classes for continued legal trade certifications.
