Kelsey Shebay is a managing director in the Austin office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. She joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and property sales. Prior to joining HFF’s Austin office in 2011, Shebay worked with the firm’s investment advisory team in the Dallas office. She has worked on numerous investment brokerage assignments on behalf of institutional and corporate clients in the Southwest. In the course of her career, Shebay has been involved in more than $6 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Shebay is on the board of directors for the Real Estate Council of Austin and is widely viewed as the most knowledgeable office professional in Austin. Shebay mentors several analysts in the office, and is always willing to share her vast knowledge of the market.
Prior to joining HFF in June 2007, Shebay was the director of market research and tenant representation broker with The Staubach Company.
