Connor Cree
Director with Cushman & Wakefield in Seattle
Considered one of the region’s strongest industrial brokers
Boosted production by 352% in 2020
Connor Cree is a director with Cushman & Wakefield in Seattle and is considered one of the region’s strongest industrial brokers. Cree works with his team to represent and coordinate effective market strategies for industrial tenants and property owners doing business throughout the Puget Sound industrial sub-markets. He pays particular attention to the Kent Valley industrial market, where regional interest continues to grow.
Since 2018 to year-to-date, Cree has brokered more than 80 lease transactions totaling more than three million square feet, and more than $126 million in consideration. More profoundly, during 2020, a year of great adversity, while others were struggling in business, Cree shifted his strategy and started a deeply focused plan that he steadily worked day in and day out. By doing so, through the difficulties and complexities of the pandemic, he boosted his prior year production by 352% and carved out a niche for himself that has catapulted his business and reputation in the market.
He achieved this growth by adapting to the times and keeping close track of the various industries more positively impacted by the pandemic and/or considered more of a necessity in response to the pandemic, and focusing his efforts on those segments (i.e. logistics companies, e-commerce, home improvement materials, etc.).
These are just a few reasons we chose Cree as one of the Seattle/Northwest 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
