Oxford Partners’ Natali Czarneski Relies on Market Intelligence and Technology for Her Work
Natali Czarneski, senior vice president at Oxford Partners, draws on more than 15 years of real estate experience to help tenants and investment buyers identify opportunities across Greater Houston. She handles retail, office and industrial properties.
Recent tenant-representation assignments include Hey-O Froyo, Method Pilates, Studio Pulse, Detect Technology, The Phoenix, and Tulum Wellness and Spa. She also represents Ranch Water Rentals in its search for a location.
Czarneski incorporates technology and market intelligence into her advisory work, using tools that track foot traffic, consumer spending, demographics and market activity.
Outside work, Czarneski is active with the Junior League of Houston, volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and serves leadership roles on the Lamb and Goat Auction Committee and the Winery Relations Committee.
These are just a few reasons Natali Czarneski is among the Texas Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
