Chloe Guernsey Helps Grow B2 Design to 11 States
Chloe Guernsey, associate principal and design director at B2 Design Co, has helped grow the women-owned design firm from a startup into a national practice with more than 100 completed spaces across 11 states. The firm provides interior architecture, design and procurement services for multifamily, senior living, student housing and hospitality projects.
Guernsey leads interior design teams in projects from initial concepts through documentation, procurement and installation.
Her project portfolio includes the 37-acre, mixed-use Westside Village in Fort Worth, as well as Modera Trailhead in Dallas, Rosewood Property Company’s The Ludlow and The Buckley in Plano, and The Bond in Austin.
Guernsey also led B2’s design team for Perch Denton, a single-family rental community with a clubhouse that received a Multi-Housing News Excellence Award.
Additionally, the company has won D CEO’s Excellence in Architecture and Design award.
In addition to project design, Guernsey introduced project launch procedures, project health dashboards, drawing standards and AI-assisted workflows. She also helped lead the firm’s 2024 rebranding as B2 Design Co.
These are just a few reasons Chloe Guernsey is among the Texas Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
