TCC’s Maddy Hunton Helps in Leasing 1.3M SF of Class A Office Space
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) senior vice president Maddy Hunton has helped lease more than 1.3 million square feet of Class A office projects, with another one million square feet in the pipeline. Her work includes two major developments in Dallas’ Knox Street district, where strong preleasing has helped distinguish projects in a challenging office market.
Hunton leads the team involved with the 300,000-square-foot mixed-use Knox & McKinney and is also involved with the 150,000-square-foot 3333 Knox, an office building in the larger Knox Street Development.
Previously, Hunton helped lease the 500,000-square-foot PwC Tower at Park District in Dallas and worked on a 327,000-square-foot build-to-suit project in Plano for Reata Pharmaceuticals.
She shares her experience with students through presentations, panel discussions and informal mentoring.
These are just a few reasons Maddy Hunton is among the Texas Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
