Shelby Vosburg Has Contributed to $1.5B in Transactions Since Joining IPA
Shelby Vosburg, associate director of investments at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, supports transactions through financial analysis, marketing research, property valuation and buyer outreach and marketing.
Since joining IPA in 2023, she has helped close more than $1.5 billion in multifamily transactions. Her assignments focus on apartment properties valued at $30 million to $200 million.
Vosburg co-founded CRCLE, short for “Cultivating Relationships and Community for Ladies Emerging in Commercial Real Estate,” and serves as its president. The organization has 200 members that represent more that 100 firms in DFW.
Vosburg leads a five-member board for the organization and oversees budgeting and communications, supports member onboarding and marketing, and helps organize more than 10 events annually. She also built and maintains the organization’s website. CRCLE plans to launch an Austin chapter in 2027.
Other industry involvement includes Women in Asset Management and the National Multifamily Housing Council’s annual meeting. She is the recipient of IAP’s Coach’s Choice Award.
These are just a few reasons Shelby Vosburg is among the Texas Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
