Tina Quirin Co-Founds Arcus Harbor

Company:

Arcus Harbor

Tina Quirin is co-founder and principal of Arcus Harbor, where she advises commercial real estate clients on financing strategies and leads debt transactions from origination through closing.

Drawing on more than two decades of industry experience, she structures loans across multifamily, retail, self-storage, office and industrial properties, sourcing capital from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, debt funds, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders and banks.

Quirin co-founded Arcus Harbor in June 2024 after time spent at Capital One and its predecessor, Beech Street Capital.

Her recent transactions include arranging $73.1 million in acquisition financing for a 334-unit build-to-rent community in Phoenix. Quirin also structured bridge financing for a sponsor that needed additional capital to complete renovations and improve cash flow before refinancing or selling.

A longtime member of CREW, Quirin mentors emerging professionals and helps develop Arcus Harbor’s staff. She also represents the firm through industry panels, speaking engagements and educational content.

Quirin’s has been named an Apartments.com Dealmaker of the Year and a Bisnow CRE Power Woman. She also received GlobeSt.com’s Rainmaker in CRE Debt, Equity & Finance honor and Women of Influence recognition.

These are just a few reasons Tina Quirin is among the National Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
