Walker & Dunlop’s Midwest Multifamily Sales Investment Group is led by Steve LaMotte Jr., Jeff Stingley, Matt Jones and Andy DiBlasi. The team covers deals throughout covering Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Missouri and Kansas, closing 26 transactions totaling $988 million in 2025.
Notable transactions included the sales of the 218-unit Cosmopolitan on the Canal in Indianapolis, the 197-unit Highland Station in Louisville, KY and the 218-unit Clearing at One28 in Olathe, KS.
The team also handled two value-add portfolio transactions: the 440-unit Grand Rapids Portfolio and the 414-Unit Springfield 4 Portfolio (Springfield, OH).
These and other transactions established pricing benchmarks, attracted national capital, and unlocked portfolio-scale liquidity even in tertiary markets.
