Newmark’s Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales Team consists of Liz Gagliardi, Chuck Johanns and Susan Lawson. During 2025, the team closed nine transactions totaling $689.3 million.
Notable highlights include negotiating the $174.7 million sale of North Water Apartments, the largest single multifamily transaction in the Chicago area over the past two years.
The team also handled the $88.5-million sale of Eleven33, which was the largest single multifamily sale in Oak Park, IL over the past 5 years.
With an average deal size of over $76 million, the team consistently delivered successful closings for their clients through an uncertain capital markets environment, where investor capitalization rate expectations shifted rapidly in response to macroeconomic events.
