Since joining Northmarq in 2021, the Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales Team has been one of the highest-producing teams in the Central U.S. region, selling more than $2.1 billion during its tenure. In 2025, the team closed 33 transactions worth $663 million.
One notable transaction was a 566-unit, two-asset portfolio (The Vue and Lakeview Park) located in Bellevue and Lincoln, NE, that sold for nearly $100 million. The team also negotiated the $45.5 million sale of the 112-unit Valley Lo Towers, handling acquisition financing for the Glenview, IL property. Additionally, the team generated significant buyer interest in the 190-unit Landing of Clinton, in Clinton, IA.
